Remote support session. Applies toward in-person diagnostic if pursued. $25 flat.

Full diagnostic. Includes repairs completed in under 1 hour. $100 flat.

Labor fee for repairs requiring more than 1 hour of work. This is in addition to diagnostic. $75 extra.

Additional labor fee for complex repairs exceeding 2 hours. This is in addition to diagnostic. $150 extra.

Installation and configuration of customer-approved SSD. $75 + parts.

Installation and configuration of new or additional RAM. Includes stability test. $60 + parts.

Installation of new graphics card. Includes driver update, thermal check, and cleanup. $100 +parts.

Processor replacement. Includes BIOS update check, thermal paste application, and stress test. $125 + parts.

Fresh Windows or Linux install. Includes essential driver setup and updates. $100 flat.

OS optimization for gaming performance. Includes debloat, startup cleanup, and driver check. $100 flat.

Full desktop PC parts list, assembly, and configuration. Includes basic cable management and Gaming Tune-Up Service $300 + parts.

Priority turnaround service. Sometimes it just can't wait! We aim for 24 hour turnaround. Waived if delay is due to parts availability. $65 flat.
